CommLoan has launched a new AI-powered quote generator designed to help commercial real estate mortgage brokers match deals with lenders in real time.The platform allows brokers to upload an offering memorandum or manually enter deal details to receive a ranked list of lender matches in less than a minute. CommLoan said the tool analyzes more than 600,000 active loan programs across over 1,000 lenders covering 75 property types nationwide.The system reads lender credit boxes in real time and matches deals based on current lending criteria rather than static spreadsheets or manually maintained
