Another MLS Challenges Zillow In Fight Over Listing Visibility

The fight over private listings and seller control continues escalating across the real estate industry, with Tennessee-based MLS operator Realtracs becoming the latest multiple listing service to threaten suspension of Zillow’s listing feed access.Realtracs claims that Zillow is currently violating the MLS’s updated IDX display rules and could lose access to Realtracs listing data if it does not comply by June 1.
